ASKIAS Precision is a closed laser processing center that was developed in cooperation with our sister company AUXXOS Lasertechnik. The Machine is a full-fledged laser processing center (laser class 1) and is therefore particularly suitable for high-precision material processing of almost all materials in small series and series production.
The simple CNC control allows you to fully automatic 5-axis simultaneous processing of your workpieces. As usual, the CNC programs can be created on the computer using CAM software and then transferred to the machine. ASKIAS Precision has two independent zero-point clamping systems. One of the zero-point clamping systems allows the “plug & play” processing heads to be changed during material processing. With the other zero-point clamping system, a wide variety of clamping devices can be mounted on the machine table.
Thanks to the easily interchangeable processing heads, you can switch between different types of processing during production. For example, ASKIAS Precision allows you to flexibly map 7 different application modes, whether in laser welding, laser cutting, laser drilling, laser soldering, laser ablation and laser structuring.
The clamping devices complement this process, including the cutting box available in various sizes for laser cutting or the high-speed spindle for laser drilling. You can also easily attach your individual clamping devices to our universal clamping pallet.
The high-performance laser technology from AUXXOS supports you with these flexible applications. The efficient fiber lasers have an efficiency of over 30% and are therefore 10x more efficient than conventional laser sources. This not only protects the environment, but also your wallet. Depending on the individual application, you can equip the ASKIAS Precision with several AUXXOS laser sources of different strengths. Thanks to the laser control developed by AUXXOS itself, you can adapt all laser parameters perfectly to your needs.
ASKIAS Precision and the Laser Technology used by our sister company AUXXOS are developed and manufactured in Germany. At ASKIAS, you have a personal contact person for all issues relating to service and maintenance. Even after the purchase, we are at your side as a partner with optimal advice and solutions.
