Flexible, modular laser welding system

All elements of our ASKIAS adaption laser welding system can be flexibly assembled and each of our systems is therefore individual: The 3 - 5 CNC-controlled and 7 manual axes of our laser welding machine allow the system to be perfectly adapted to the requirements of your workpiece at any time — from micro-welding of the finest precision parts to laser welding of mold components weighing tons. Thanks to interchangeable processing heads, you can easily convert the system for a wide range of other types of laser processing. For consistently consistent results without wobbling, even when the axles are fully extended, the ASKIAS Adaption is sturdy and robust.

CNC-controlled laser welding

Our ASKIAS Adaption Laser Welding System has a CNC control system that enables precise and automated welding with up to 5 axes. This technology is specifically designed to meet the requirements of complex welding projects and supports both flexibility and production efficiency. The welds are always reproducible, which is why the CNC control system is at the heart of high-precision, repeatable welding results in demanding industries.

Teach-in function

The teach-in function of our ASKIAS Adaption supports automation in the area of laser welding. It allows the user to manually specify welding tracks, which can then be reproduced for partially automated production. This function increases efficiency when manufacturing small batches by allowing welding processes to be repeated quickly and precisely without extensive programming knowledge.

Use the joystick to show the machine how to process the workpiece. The software learns along and develops reproducible shapes — circles, curves, splines in three-dimensional space and equidistantly offset paths, so that the entire processing process can be carried out automatically and repeated as often as you like.

Manual control

In addition to advanced CNC control and innovative teach-in function, ASKIAS Laser Welding Systems also offer the option of manual control via joystick. This option is ideal for prototyping and specialized applications that focus on direct operator control and flexibility. Manual control makes it possible to react quickly and efficiently to specific requirements while ensuring maximum precision.

Efficient fiber lasers from AUXXOS

ASKIAS laser welding systems are equipped with ultra-modern fiber lasers from AUXXOS, which have an efficiency of over 30% and are therefore 10x more efficient than conventional Nd:YAG lasers. AUXXOS lasers not only offer exceptional precision and quality when welding a wide variety of materials, but are also designed to minimize energy consumption. The appropriate welding laser is selected individually, based on the material and the specific application, in order to achieve optimal welding results and at the same time reduce operating costs.

In addition, users can adjust all laser parameters, such as pulse duration and pulse rate, variably in the machine control system. As a result, you always have perfect laser settings and achieve optimal results.

Different types of processing

The versatility of our laser welding systems is further reinforced by the possibility of different types of processing. Replaceable processing heads not only allow laser welding, but also laser cutting, laser drilling and many other applications. This flexibility makes our systems a comprehensive solution for a wide range of manufacturing requirements, making a valuable contribution to expanding our customers' production capabilities.

Accessories and work ergonomics

Aware that users of the ASKIAS Adaption often weld on the machine in changing positions for years, we have developed our own work ergonomics concept. The Ergonomic Move Stool, Freely Positionable Armrests and Joystick, and the 180° Swivel Binocular ensure perfect posture during laser welding. You can adjust the axes of the system variably so that you can always work ergonomically even on larger components. The camera system as well as an electronically controlled shutter, our Phos-Ball magnetic clamping system, a CNC-controlled 4th axis, wire feeder and many other accessories support efficient and convenient work on our laser welding systems.

Service & maintenance

Our commitment to quality doesn't end with the sale of a laser welding machine. We offer comprehensive service and maintenance to ensure that your system always functions optimally.
